Rossella Migliaccio

She is one of the most qualified Image Consultant in Italy. After developing a long experience between Milan, London, Lugano and Zurich, she has founded the Italian Image Institute, the first Italian Institute entirely dedicated to the Image.

Marketing graduated at Università Bocconi, she has worked in advertising and fashion publishing, collaborating with important companies in the field.

Certified Imange Consultant by one of the best school in London, she is also a member of the Association of Image Consultants International.

She has travelled along Europe for years, working with individuals and companies and helping them develope and give value to their image.

She also has a special vocation for teaching: every edition of her training courses is sold-out.

She is also a professor, consultant and lecturer for other schools and institutes among which Politecnico di Milano and Sole24Ore Business School.


Sara Spagnoli

Born in 1990, graduated in Milan in Foreign Languages with a Master degree in Publishing and Communication, Fashion Cultures.

After some experiences in luxury and retail, she has attained to the world of the Image Consulting.

Currently, she is Project Manager for the Italian Image Institute: she co-ordinates editorial and organizational activities and she is responsible for special projects.

Crazy cat lady, tireless instagrammer, holding (rightfully) the compulsive online-purchase national championship title.

There is little certainty in life, but there is no doubt about one thing: orange does not suits her at all.

Cristiana Piotto

Born in Turin and Milanese by adoption, she has a Degree in Marketing and a Master in Fashion Direction, with a course of study in Fashion, Branding and Design.

She worked in the style offices and in the e-commerce departments for important fashion brands, from Twinset to Dolce & Gabbana.

Currently, she is Product Manager for Italian Image Institute, where she is responsible for the online shop and for the ideation and development of new products.

Passionate about Design and Communication, she is always on the hunt for new creative ideas, even the most unlikely.

She boasts a collection of Vogue Magazine, enough to make Anna Wintour pale

Elisa Motterle

Elisa Motterle is a fashion journalist and one of the leading vintage experts in Italy.

She has created the Vintage area of, the global leader e-commerce, organizing special sales for Chanel, Emilio Pucci, Christian Dior, American Costume Jewelery and more.

For Condé Nast Edition,she has curated the vintage fashion section on the online magazine, simultaneously continuing with her vintage buyer business that took her around the world, between auction houses, private archives, and excellent wardrobe.

Contributor to Guido Vergani’s Dizionario della Moda (Dalai Baldini & Castoldi publisher) she has also been involved in the selection of garments and in the styling process for vintage fashion shows and themed events.

Now she works as Digital Editor for one of the world’s leading luxury groups and cultivates her passion for the vintage style with her work as Consultant during workshops, festivals and vintage courses.


Tommaso Sorchiotti

As Creative Digital Manager, he works between creativity and data to transform traditional companies into Digital Leaders. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, he is involved in designing online ecosystems, improving the Digital Journey user experience and developing the Personal Brand for managers, artists and entrepreneurs.

Sociologist, speaker and trainer, he teaches, among other things, for the Sole24Ore Business School, IED University, AlmaLaurea Bologna and Ninja Marketing. He has worked or still works for small / medium sized companies, including Replay, Casino of Venice, Mondadori, Condé Nast, Veneto Banca, Lottomatica, Aosta Valley, Banca delle Marche, Samsung, Puma, Esercito Italiano, Despar , AIRC, Unipol, Costa Cruises, Allianz.

He has published “Come si fa un Blog 2.0”, “Personal Branding”, “Fare Business con i Social Network: Personal Branding“ and “Selfie: la cultura dell’autoscatto come forma di racconto e appartenenza”.


Simona Melani

Simona Melani has been one of the first bloggers in Italy to talk about fashion and lifestyle with her blog, founded in 2009.

Writing about fashion and trends has led her to collaborate with, for which she made the first live Italian twitting directly from the Milano Moda Donna runaways, with the digital versions of Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Vogue.

Over the years, she has followed fashion shows for many companies, including TIM, and she has also curated the coverage of the Milan Fashion Week for Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.

Simona is author of the ebook Social Media Fashion, published by 40k, which explores the digital boundaries of fashion in social media times: who does influence purchases, how brands communicate themselves and their growing interest towards Millennials.
